Cancellation Policy

AGREEMENT & CONSENT Please read and acknowledge the following: ☐ I understand that Valor Domain Enterprises does not guarantee business success, revenue growth, financial gain, client acquisition, social media growth, profitability, or specific results. ☐ I understand that all coaching, consulting, mentorship, and business guidance are educational and informational in nature only. ☐ I acknowledge that Valor Domain Enterprises is not acting as an attorney, financial advisor, CPA, therapist, or licensed professional unless otherwise stated in writing. ☐ I understand that I am solely responsible for my business decisions, implementation, actions, and results. ☐ I acknowledge that services are provided on an at-will basis and may be discontinued at the discretion of Valor Domain Enterprises. ☐ I agree not to reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, teach, resell, modify, exploit, or use any proprietary materials, templates, systems, recordings, coaching frameworks, strategies, branding concepts, or intellectual property without prior written consent from Valor Domain Enterprises. ☐ I agree not to share confidential coaching discussions, private materials, or business strategies with third parti PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY ☐ I understand that payment for coaching, consulting, mentorship, or strategy sessions is required prior to the scheduled appointment time and must be submitted no later than twelve (12) hours before the session begins unless otherwise agreed to in writing. ☐ I understand that last-minute cancellations, missed appointments, no-shows, or failure to attend scheduled sessions may still be charged the full session amount at the discretion of Valor Domain Enterprises. Rescheduling may be permitted based on availability. ☐ I understand that repeated cancellations or rescheduling may disrupt scheduling availability and business operations. ☐ I acknowledge that if cancellations, rescheduling, missed appointments, or no-shows occur more than three (3) times within a six (6) month period, Valor Domain Enterprises reserves the right to terminate any existing coaching or consulting agreement, package, or ongoing services without reimbursement or refund unless otherwise agreed to in writing. ☐ I understand that all payments made toward coaching, consulting, mentorship, strategy sessions, workshops, digital products, or business services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Valor Domain Enterprises.
